The Candidate Countries Turkey, Croatia* and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia*, the Countries of the Stabilisation and Association Process and potential candidates Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, and the EFTA countries Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, members of the European Economic Area, as well as Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova declare that they share the objectives of Council Common Position 2006/671/CFSP of 5 October 2006 extending the validity of Common Position 2004/694/CFSP on further measures in support of the effective implementation of the mandate of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY).
De kandidaat-lidstaten Turkije, Kroatië* en de Voormalige Joegoslavische Republiek Macedonië*, de landen van het stabilisatie- en associatieproces en mogelijke kandidaat-lidstaten Albanië, Bosnië en Herzegovina, Montenegro en Servië, en de EVA-landen IJsland, Liechtenstein en Noorwegen, die lid zijn van de Europese Economische Ruimte, alsmede Oekraïne en de Republiek Moldavië, verklaren dat zij de doelstellingen onderschrijven van Gemeenschappelijk Standpunt 2006/671/GBVB van de Raad van 5 oktober 2006 tot verlenging van Gemeenschappelijk Standpunt 2004/694/GBVB betreffende aanvullende maatregelen ter ondersteuning van de daadwerkelijke uitvoering van het mandaat van het Internationaal Straftribunaal voor het voormalige Joegoslavië (ICTY).
