– having regard to the Commission opinion under the second paragraph of Article 245 of the EC Treaty and the second paragraph of Article 160 of the EAEC Treaty regarding the request to amend the rules of procedure of the Court of Justice on the language arrangements applicable to the review procedure, submitted by the Court, in accordance with Article 64 of the Statute of the Court of Justice (SEC(2008)0345),
– gezien het advies dat de Commissie uit hoofde van artikel 245, tweede alinea, van het EGVerdrag en artikel 160, tweede alinea, van het Euratom-Verdrag heeft uitgebracht inzake het verzoek om wijziging van het Reglement voor de procesvoering van het Hof van Justitie inzake de regeling van het taalgebruik van toepassing op de procedure van heroverweging, welk verzoek door het Hof is ingediend overeenkomstig artikel 64 van het Statuut van het Hof (SEC(2008)0345),
