The RegMet/MetroTrade workshop (organised by the Commission, in conjunction with the European Organisation for Conformity Assessment EOTC) addressed topics such as the structure of world metrology, traceability, accreditation, uncertainty, conformity assessment and regulation, in areas such as food safety and environmental protection.
