Definition: Conduct disorder, usually occurring in younger children, primarily characterized by markedly defiant, disobedient, disruptive behaviour that does not include delinquent acts or the more extreme forms of aggressive or dissocial behaviour. The disorder requires that the overall criteria for F91.- be met; even severely mischievous or naughty behaviour is not in itself sufficient for diagnosis. Caution should be employed before using this category, especially with older children, because clinically significant conduct disorder will usually be accompanied by dissocial or aggressive behaviour that goes beyond mere defiance, disobedience, or disruptiveness.
Omschrijving: Gedragsstoornis, doorgaans bij tamelijk jonge kinderen, die voornamelijk wordt gekenmerkt door opvallend uitdagend, ongehoorzaam, storend gedrag en die geen criminaliteit of de meer extreme vormen van agressief of dissociaal gedrag omvat. 3. Temporary agents employed under point (a) of Article 2 of the Conditions of Employment in the institutions, bodies, offices or agencies of the Union who are engaged by the EPPO with a contract concluded before and no later than 1 year after the EPPO becomes operational in accordance with the decision mentioned in Article 120(2) shall be offered contracts under point (f) of Article 2 of the Conditions of Employment whereas all other conditions of the contract shall remain unchanged, without prejudice to the need to respect the obligations stemming from the Conditions of Employment.

Taking into account that, according to the authorised establishment plan staff, in 2011 the institutions and agencies could employ in total 46 678 staff (officials and other agents, excluding contract agents), this would mean a reduction by 2 334 staff members in all categories and a further reduction of about 400 contract agents.

All members of staff under contracts as referred to in paragraph 1 shall be offered the possibility of concluding temporary agent contracts under Article 2(a) of the Conditions of employment at the various grades as set out in the establishment plan or contract agent contracts under Article 3a of the Conditions of employment.
