TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

This development would very much fit into the concept of Motorways of the Sea, which is also included in the EU White Paper on European transport policy. However, I would like to draw my fellow Members’ attention to the fact that unlike others, the Jobbik movement for Hungary would like to support this not for the sake of seeking profits. During implementation, we want all international environmental standards to be respected, thus guaranteeing optimum basin width for the Danube and the water quantity flow needed for shipping.

Toch attendeer ik mijn collega’s erop dat de beweging Jobbik Magyarországért (Rechts voor Hongarije) dit alles, in tegenstelling tot anderen, niet wil bewerkstelligen uit winstbejag, maar om via de maximale naleving van internationale milieuregels en -normen de optimale breedte van de rivierbedding voor het wegstromen van water te waarborgen en de voor de riviervaart benodigde hoeveelheid water.

G. pointing out that Parliament, in paragraphs 16 to 18 of its resolution of 29 November 2001 on the White Paper on European Governance , took up a position on 'autonomous regulatory authorities' stressing, inter alia, that the creation of new autonomous agencies presupposes that highly specialised scientific or technical expertise is required, that it must not lead to a reduction in judicial scrutiny by the Commission or to any watering down of the Commission's political accountability to Parliament and the Council,

Takes the view, based on the principles set out in paragraphs 8 and 10, that the creation of further independent regulatory authorities in addition to the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market in Alicante, the Community Plant Variety Office in Angers and the European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products in London within the framework described in the White Paper can only be approved if specific scientific or technical expertise is required and a decentralised administration seems appropriate; however, this must not lead to a reduction in expert and judicial scrutiny by the Commission or to any watering down of the Commission's political accountability;
17. is, uitgaande van de onder 8 en 10 genoemde beginselen, van mening dat met de instelling van verdere zelfstandige regelgevende organen naast het Bureau voor harmonisatie binnen de interne markt in Alicante, het Communautair Bureau voor plantenrassen in Angers en het Europees Bureau voor de geneesmiddelenbeoordeling in Londen binnen het in het witboek aangegeven bestek alleen kan worden ingestemd indien met name wetenschappelijke of technische kennis noodzakelijk is en een gedecentraliseerde structuur gepast lijkt, hetgeen er echter niet toe mag leiden dat het toezicht van de Commissie vanuit inhoudelijk oogpunt en van rechtswege beperkt wordt en zij van haar politieke verantwoordelijkheid ontslagen wordt;
