AIS and FIFE and the national associations will similarly acquaint all identifiable non-members engaged in the industry with the provisions of this recommendation and urge them to respect its requirements.

Whereas AIS and FIFE together represent over 90 % of the detergents and cleaning products industries in the Community;
Overwegende dat de AIS en de FIFE samen meer dan 90 % van de detergenten en reinigingsmiddelen producerende bedrijven in de Gemeenschap vertegenwoordigen;

This implementation should be assured on the one hand by the undertaking to the Commission by AIS and FIFE to ensure compliance with the provisions of this recommendation and on the other hand by the national associations who will inform the authorities of the Member States on the implementation of these provisions.
Dit gebeurt door middel van de toezegging van de AIS en de FIFE aan de Commissie dat aan de bepalingen van deze aanbeveling zal worden voldaan en met de hulp van de nationale verenigingen, die de autoriteiten van de Lid-Staten informeren over de tenuitvoerlegging van deze bepalingen.
