24. Calls on the Commission and the Council to insist on the unrestricted implementation of the ‘acquis communautaire’, initially thro
ugh the exchange of best practice and increased cooperation in all 25 Member States, and, where necessary, to take appropriate measures for their actual implementation; to provide practical support for all Member States falling below the required standards,
especially the new ones, by making provision for adequate resources, exchange of best practices and experience, and stronger cooperation; in that
...[+++]connection, calls on the Commission, in cooperation with the Advisory Committee on Safety, Hygiene and Health Protection at Work, to investigate the possibility of introducing a separate open coordination method for health and safety at the workplace;
24. roept de Commissie en de Raad op om, in eerste instantie door middel van het uitwisselen van beproefde procedures en meer samenwerking in alle 25 lidstaten, te hameren op de volledige omzetting van het communautair acquis en, indien nodig, de noodzakelijke maatregelen voor de concrete toepassing te nemen, praktische bijstand te verlenen aan alle lidstaten die de normen niet halen, met name de nieuwe lidstaten, door te voorzien in voldoende middelen, uitwisseling van goede praktijken en ervaring, en door middel van nauwere samenwerking;
