At the sitting of 15 February 1995 the President of Parliament announced that he had referred the motion for a resolution on improving the adoption laws, tabled pursuant to Rule 45 of the Rules of Procedure by Mrs Colli Comelli and Mr Danesin, on behalf of the Forza Europa Group, to the Committee on Legal Affairs and Citizens' Rights as the committee responsible.
Op de vergadering van 15 februari 1995 deelde de Voorzitter van het Europees Parlement mede dat hij de ontwerp-resolutie die overeenkomstig artikel 45 van het Reglement namens de Fractie Unie voor Europa was ingediend door de leden COLLI COMELLI en DANESIN over verbetering van het recht en de samenwerking tussen de lid-staten op het gebied van de adoptie van minderjarigen, had verwezen naar de Commissie juridische zaken en rechten van de burger als commissie ten principale.
