Welcomes the fact that the various social partners and organisations were involved in general coordination and implementation of the measures including: trade unions (FGTB,CSC), FOREM (the public employment and training service of the Walloon Region), the sectoral vocational and technological training centres active in the Walloon region, the European Social Fund Agency of the French Community of Belgium and the Walloon Government; appreciates furthermore that trade unions are directly involved in the management of the two Redeployment Units specifically set up for each separate company;
11. is ingenomen met het feit dat de verschillende sociale partners en organisaties betrokken waren bij de algemene coördinatie en uitvoering van de maatregelen, zoals de vakbonden (FGTB, CSC), FOREM (de Waalse Dienst voor beroepsopleiding en arbeidsbemiddeling), de sectorale centra voor beroeps- en technologische opleiding die actief zijn in het Waalse Gewest, het Agentschap voor het Europees Sociaal Fonds (ESF) van de Franstalige Gemeenschap van België en de Waalse regering; waardeert het bovendien dat de vakbonden rechtstreeks betrokken zijn bij het beheer van de twee omscholingscellen die speciaal zijn opgericht voor elk afzonderlijk bedrijf;

By letter dated 19 November 2013 the Kingdom of Belgium notified the Commission with an Order of 17 January 2013 adopted by the Government of the French Community of Belgium, modifying the measures applying to the French Community of Belgium.
Bij brief van 19 november 2013 heeft het Koninkrijk België de Commissie in kennis gesteld van een op 17 januari 2013 door de regering van de Franse Gemeenschap van België aangenomen besluit, waarin de maatregelen die van toepassing zijn op de Franse Gemeenschap van België worden gewijzigd.

The Commission has verified that the Order of 17 January 2013 adopted by the Government of the French Community of Belgium amounts only to terminological updates and very limited and formal modifications of the same measures originally notified to the Commission in 2003, in respect of which the Commission carried out its review and adopted the Decision mentioned in recital 1.
