2. By way of derogation from paragraph 1, for each authorised plant protection product containing hexythiazox as either the only active substance or as one of several active substances all of which were listed in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC by 31 May 2011 at the latest, Member States shall re-evaluate the product in accordance with the uniform principles provided for in Annex VI to Directive 91/414/EEC, on the basis of a dossier satisfying the requirements of Annex III to that Directive and taking into account part B of the entry in Annex I to that Directive concerning hexythiazox.
2. In afwijking van lid 1 voeren de lidstaten op basis van een dossier conform bijlage III bij Richtlijn 91/414/EEG en rekening houdend met deel B van de tekst betreffende hexythiazox in bijlage I bij die richtlijn, overeenkomstig de uniforme beginselen in bijlage VI bij die richtlijn, een nieuwe evaluatie uit voor elk toegelaten gewasbeschermingsmiddel dat hexythiazox bevat als enige werkzame stof of als een van een aantal werkzame stoffen die alle uiterlijk op 31 mei 2011 in bijlage I bij die richtlijn zijn opgenomen.

Consequently, Commission Decision 2008/934/EC of 5 December 2008 concerning the non-inclusion of certain active substances in Annex I to Council Directive 91/414/EEC and the withdrawal of authorisations for plant protection products containing these substances (4) was adopted on the non-inclusion of hexythiazox.
Bijgevolg werd Beschikking 2008/934/EG van de Commissie van 5 december 2008 betreffende de niet-opneming van bepaalde werkzame stoffen in bijlage I bij Richtlijn 91/414/EEG van de Raad en de intrekking van de toelating voor gewasbeschermingsmiddelen die deze stoffen bevatten (4), goedgekeurd met betrekking tot de niet-opneming van hexythiazox.

In accordance with Article 20(1) of Regulation (EC) No 33/2008 and at the request of the Commission, the Authority presented its conclusion on hexythiazox to the Commission on 7 September 2010 (6).
Overeenkomstig artikel 20, lid 1, van Verordening (EG) nr. 33/2008 en op verzoek van de Commissie heeft de EFSA haar conclusie over hexythiazox op 7 september 2010 aan de Commissie doen toekomen (6).

It has appeared from the various examinations made that plant protection products containing hexythiazox may be expected to satisfy, in general, the requirements laid down in Article 5(1)(a) and (b) of Directive 91/414/EEC, in particular with regard to the uses which have been examined and detailed in the Commission review report.
Uit de verschillende analyses is gebleken dat mag worden verwacht dat gewasbeschermingsmiddelen die hexythiazox bevatten, in het algemeen zullen voldoen aan de in artikel 5, lid 1, onder a) en b), van Richtlijn 91/414/EEG gestelde eisen, met name voor de toepassingen waarvoor zij zijn onderzocht en die zijn opgenomen in het evaluatieverslag van de Commissie.

The draft assessment report, the additional report and the conclusion of the Authority were reviewed by the Member States and the Commission within the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health and finalised on 11 March 2011 in the format of the Commission review report for hexythiazox.
Het ontwerpevaluatieverslag, het aanvullende verslag en de conclusie van de EFSA zijn door de lidstaten en de Commissie in het kader van het Permanent Comité voor de voedselketen en de diergezondheid onderzocht en op 11 maart 2011 afgerond in de vorm van het evaluatieverslag van de Commissie voor hexythiazox.
