The estimative credits foreseen in this planning shall be covered within the allocations of appropriations for the budget lines mentioned under section 1 above and granted to the managing DGs (DGs RTD, INFSO and ENV) in the framework of the annual budget procedure.

This measure concerned four programmes: INFSO, Quality of Life, Growth and EESD (Environment/Energy).
Deze maatregel heeft betrekking op vier programma's: INFSO, Kwaliteit van het bestaan, Groei en EESD (Milieu/Energie).

The resources foreseen are covered by existing provisions in DG RTD, DG ENV and DG INFSO.
De geraamde behoeften worden gedekt door de bestaande kredieten van DG RTD, DG ENV en DG INFSO.
