We want the commitments taken by both the industrialised and the developing countries to opt for people centered sustainable development strategies: for progress in the fight against poverty with the aim of eradicating absolute poverty, reducing extreme poverty and social inequality; for jobs-intensive stable economic growth which will make the ambition of full employment again a reasonable one; for social integration with the view of bringing back, into the mainstream of society, those excluded as a result of economic hazards, political status, age, physical or mental disabilities.
