Voorts leidt het Hof uit de richtlijn af dat de toegekende uitkering moet volstaan om asielzoekers een menswaardige levensstandaard te bieden die toereikend is om hun gezondheid te verzekeren en de asielzoekers bestaansmiddelen te waarborgen, met dien verstande dat de lidstaat de opvangvoorzieningen moet aanpassen aan de specifieke behoeften van de aanvraag teneinde met name de eenheid van het gezin te bewaren en rekening te houden met het belang van het kind (het bedrag van de uitkering moet dus van dien aard zijn dat minderjarige kinderen bij hun ouders kunnen worden gehuisvest).
