Where the notification concerns the presence of a pest in the territory of a Member State, other than in a plant, plant product or other object introduced into, officially presented for introduction into, or moved within, the Union territory, the notification referred to in paragraph 1 shall contain a reference to the plants, plant products and other objects concerned, the name of the pest, the location and GPS coordinates of that presence, and the measures taken.
Indien de kennisgeving betrekking heeft op de aanwezigheid van een plaagorganisme op het grondgebied van een lidstaat, dat zich niet bevindt op planten, plantaardige producten of andere materialen die worden binnengebracht of officieel worden aangeboden om te worden binnengebracht op het grondgebied van de Unie, dan wel worden verplaatst binnen het grondgebied van de Unie, bevat de in lid 1 bedoelde kennisgeving een verwijzing naar de betrokken planten, plantaardige producten en andere materialen, de naam van het plaagorganisme, de locatie en de gps-coördinaten van die aanwezigheid, en de getroffen maatregelen.
