F. whereas the Troika was an ad-hoc solution adopted under considerable time pressure arising from the economic crisis when decisions had to be taken urgently to support countries experiencing extreme difficulties, to avoid a disorderly default and the contagion of the crisis to other Member States, to stop speculation on sovereign debt, and to prevent the melt-down of the euro area;
F. overwegende dat de trojka een ad hoc-oplossing was waartoe onder aanzienlijke tijdsdruk als gevolg van de economische crisis, toen er snelle beslissingen nodig waren, besloten is om landen in extreme moeilijkheden te steunen, een wanordelijk faillissement en de besmetting van andere lidstaten te voorkomen, speculatie op staatsschulden te beëindigen en de ineenstorting van de eurozone te verhinderen;
