Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. Negotiating directives concerning services in the framework of the WTO In accordance with its deliberations at its meeting on 6 February, the Council adopted the negotiating directives to be followed by the Commission concerning services in the framework of the WTO, particularly trade in maritime transport services, basic telecommunication services, financial services and the movements of natural persons, in accordance with the Ministerial Decisions taken in Marrakesh on 15 April 1994.
