Under the terms of a deal notified to the Commission on October 11, Flextronics will buy the manufacturing and assembly operations for the Xerox Office Business products (digital black-and-white printers with optional copy, fax and scanning functionality, certain end-of-life analogue copiers and solid ink colour printers).
Volgens de overeenkomst die op 11 oktober bij de Commissie is aangemeld zal Flextronics het bedrijfsonderdeel voor de productie en montage van de producten van Xerox Office Business (digitale zwart-witprinters met als opties kopieer-, fax- en scanfuncties, sommige analoge kopieerapparaten die bijna verouderd zijn en printers op basis van vaste inkt) overnemen.
