(37) In order to ensure quality, traceability and compliance with this Regulation and adaptation to technical developments, the power to adopt certain acts should be delegated to the Commission in respect of establishing rules amending or supplementing the specific production rules for processed food and feed as regards the procedures to be followed, preventive measures to be taken, the composition of processed food and feed, cleaning measures, the placing on the market of processed products including their labelling and identification, separation of organic products, agricultural ingredients and feed materials from non-organic products, agricultural ingredients and feed materials, the list of non-organic agricultural ingredients which may exceptionally be used in the production of organic processed products, calculation of the percentage of agricultural ingredients, and the techniques used in food or feed processing.
(37) Om kwaliteit, traceerbaarheid, naleving van deze verordening en aanpassing aan technische ontwikkelingen te garanderen, moet de Commissie ertoe worden gemachtigd handelingen vast te stellen met betrekking tot voorschriften tot wijziging of aanvulling van de specifieke productievoorschriften voor verwerkte levensmiddelen en diervoeders, meer bepaald op het gebied van de procedures, preventieve maatregelen, samenstelling van de verwerkte levensmiddelen en diervoerders, reinigingsmaatregelen, het in de handel brengen van verwerkte producten, inclusief etikettering en identificatie, het scheiden van enerzijds biologische en anderzijds niet-biologische producten, ingrediënten van agrarische oorsprong en voedermiddelen, de lijst van niet-biologische ingrediënten van agrarische oorsprong die uitzonderlijk mogen worden gebruikt voor de productie van verwerkte biologische producten, de berekening van het percentage ingrediënten van agrarische oorsprong en de technieken die bij de verwerking van levensmiddelen of diervoeders worden gebruikt.

1.5.5. Organic agricultural holdings may establish written cooperation agreements exclusively with other agricultural holdings and enterprises which comply with the organic production rules, with the intention of spreading surplus manure from organic production.
1.5.5. Biologische landbouwbedrijven mogen met het oog op het uitrijden van mestoverschotten van de biologische productie samenwerkingsregelingen treffen met andere landbouwbedrijven en ondernemingen die de voorschriften inzake de biologische productie in acht nemen.

In particular, such food should be produced mainly from agricultural ingredients that are organic with a limited possibility to use certain non-organic agricultural ingredients specified in this Regulation.
Deze levensmiddelen moeten voornamelijk uit biologische ingrediënten van agrarische oorsprong worden geproduceerd, eventueel aangevuld met bepaalde, in deze verordening gespecificeerde niet-biologische ingrediënten van agrarische oorsprong.

(41) Whereas demand from consumers for organically-produced agricultural products and foodstuffs is increasing; whereas a new market for agricultural products is thus being created; whereas organic agriculture improves the sustainability of farming activities and thus contributes to the general aims of this Regulation; whereas the specific rural development support measures may concern the production, processing and marketing of organically-produced agricultural products;
(41) Overwegende dat de consumenten steeds meer vragen naar landbouwproducten en levensmiddelen die op biologische wijze zijn geproduceerd; dat deze vraag een nieuwe markt voor landbouwproducten doet ontstaan; dat de biologische landbouw bijdraagt tot de duurzaamheid van het boerenbedrijf en dus ook tot de algemene doelstellingen van deze verordening; dat de specifieke maatregelen ter ondersteuning van de plattelandsontwikkeling betrekking kunnen hebben op de productie, de verwerking en de afzet van biologisch geproduceerde landbouwproducten;
