...[+++]invoering van het stelsel van communautaire preferenties en wordt er waarschijnlijk een drempel van 10 procent ingesteld om het marktaandeel van de traditionele EU-leveranciers te beschermen. Dan zijn er nog de onderhandelingen met de WTO om belangrijke concessies te verkrijgen van de opkomende landen die hoge rechten blijven heffen. Bovendien moeten op het gebied van textiel en kleding andere dan douanebelemmeringen worden ingevoerd.
