Omschrijving: Toestanden van subjectieve spanning en emotionele ontregeling die doorgaans het sociaal functioneren en optreden belemmeren en ontstaan in de periode van aanpassing aan een belangrijke levensverandering of stressveroorzakende levensgebeurtenis. Like the rapporteur, I believe that this extension should bring economic advantages to both contracting parties in terms of boosting employment, opening up export markets and, consequently, increasing trade and economic growth, while preserving Switzerland's right to apply the transitional measures already laid down in the previous protocol (EU-10), albeit with the necessary adjustments.
