3. The Agency’s internal rules, such as the rules of procedure of the Administrative Board, the rules of procedure of the Security Accreditation Board, the financial rules applicable to the Agency, the rules for the application of the staff regulations and the rules for access to documents, shall ensure the autonomy and independence of staff performing the security accreditation activities vis-à-vis staff performing the other activities of the Agency, pursuant to Article 10(i).
3. De interne voorschriften van het Agentschap, zoals het reglement van orde van de Raad van bestuur, het reglement van orde van de Raad voor de veiligheidsaccreditatie, de bepalingen voor de toepassing van het personeelsstatuut en de voorwaarden voor toegang tot de documenten, die de autonomie en de onafhankelijkheid garanderen van het personeel dat zich met veiligheidsaccreditatie bezighoudt ten opzichte van het personeel dat andere activiteiten van het Agentschap verricht, overeenkomstig artikel 10, onder i).
