Relations between the European Union and the Independent State of Samoa are governed by the partnership agreement between members of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States of the one part and the European Union and its Member States of the other part, known as the Cotonou Agreement.
De betrekkingen tussen de Europese Unie en de Onafhankelijke Staat Samoa worden geregeld door de partnerschapsovereenkomst tussen de leden van de groep van landen in Afrika, het Caribisch gebied en de Stille Oceaan enerzijds en de Europese Unie en haar lidstaten anderzijds, genaamd de "Overeenkomst van Cotonou".
