Therefore, the Commission will examine whether or not Member States deviated (or intend to do so) from the requirement in the Framework Decision to establish their jurisdiction for sexual offences committed abroad by their own nationals (Art. 8 par.1b) and, if so, for what reasons.
Daarom zal de Commissie achterhalen of de lidstaten wel of niet zijn afgeweken, of voornemens zijn af te wijken, van de eis in het kaderbesluit tot uitbreiding van hun jurisdictie tot seksuele delicten die door hun eigen onderdanen zijn bedreven in het buitenland (artikel 8, lid1, onder b), en zo ja, wat de reden hiervoor is.
