IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

D. whereas the agreement on a ceasefire in eastern Ukraine reached on 5 September 2014 in Minsk by the trilateral Contact Group and followed by the memorandum of 19 September on the implementation of the 12-point peace plan has been constantly violated, mainly by pro-Russia militias, turning the crisis into a lower-intensity conflict that risks to slowly sliding into the status of a frozen conflict; whereas since 9 December 2014, thanks to the initiative of President Poroshenko calling for a ‘silence regime’, the number of violations has been dramatically reduced; whereas the main points of the memorandum have not been implemented, with regard in particular to the demarcation of the line of contact, the withdrawal of heavy weapons over 15 km on both sides, and the control of the Ukrainian-Russian border by the OSCE’s Special Monitoring Mission (SMM); whereas the recent new round of talks between the parties that took place in Minsk on 24 December 2014 failed to achieve concrete results except for the further exchange of hostages;
D. overwegende dat het staakt-het-vuren voor Oost-Oekraïne dat op 5 september in Minsk door de trilaterale contactgroep werd bereikt, en werd gevolgd door het memorandum van 19 september over de invulling van een vredesplan van 12 punten, voortdurend werd geschonden, hoofdzakelijk door pro-Russische milities, waardoor de crisis in een smeulend conflict verandert en langzaam dreigt af te glijden tot de status van bevroren conflict; overwegende dat dankzij het initiatief van president Poroshenko die heeft opgeroepen tot een "stilte modus", het aantal schendingen sinds 9 december dramatisch is verminderd; overwegende dat de hoofdpunten van het memorandum nog niet zijn uitgevoerd, waarbij het in het bijzonder gaat om de demarcatie van de frontlijn, de terugtrekking van zware wapens tot een afstand van 15 km voor beide partijen, en de bewaking van de Oekraïens-Russische grens door de bijzondere waarnemingsmissie van de OVSE (SMM); overwegende dat de recente nieuwe gespreksronde tussen partijen in Minsk op 24 december 2014 geen concrete resultaten heeft opgeleverd, afgezien van een nieuwe uitwisseling van gevangenen;

1.1.6. 4.9.1. If the 3-D H machine tends to slide rearward, use the following procedure. Allow the 3-D H machine to slide rearward until a forward horizontal restraining load on the T-bar is no longer required i.e. until the seat pan contacts the seat-back.
4.9.1. indien de 3-D H-machine de neiging vertoont achteruit te schuiven, ga dan als volgt te werk: laat de 3-D H-machine achteruitglijden tot de T-staaf niet langer horizontaal naar voren moet worden getrokken om de beweging af te remmen, d.w.z. tot het zitdeel de rugleuning raakt.

4.9.2. If the 3-D H machine does not tend to slide rearward, use the following procedure. Slide the 3-D H machine rearwards by applying a horizontal rearward load to the T-bar until the seat pan contacts the seat-back (see Figure 2 of Appendix 1 to this Annex).
