The exemption of the agreements applies to the following activities: the joint fixing of sailing times, the exchange of space or slots on vessels, vessel and port facility pooling arrangements, a joint operations office, joint operation of port terminals, participation in a tonnage and/or revenue pool, joint exercise of the voting rights held by a consortium in the liner conference within which its members operate, and a joint marketing structure.
De vrijstelling is van toepassing op de volgende activiteiten : gemeenschappelijke vaststelling van de dienstregelingen, uitwisseling van ruimte op of van slots voor de schepen, pool-overeenkomsten, gemeenschappelijke exploitatiebureaus, terbeschikkingstelling van haventerminals, deelname aan een tonnage- of een inkomstenpool, gemeenschappelijke uitoefening van stemrechten binnen de consortia, gemeenschappelijke handelsstructuur.
