De hypocrisie van dit verslag tart elke beschrijving. Uit een aantal overwegingen blijkt echter maar al te duidelijk wat men werkelijk beoogt te bereiken. Men wil van de universiteiten gewillige dienaren van Brussel maken en docenten omvormen tot slaafse hulptroepen van de Europese technocratie.
