Pungent: tingling sensation characteristic of oil made at the beginning of the season mainly from olives that are still green. It can be perceived throughout the mouth cavity, particularly in the throat.
Scherp: prikkelend gevoel in de mond dat kenmerkend is voor olie die aan het begin van het seizoen voornamelijk uit nog groene olijven is verkregen en dat in de hele mondholte, met name in de keel, kan worden waargenomen.
