European multinational forces that already exist, such as Eurocorps, Eurofor, Euromarfor, the European Gendarmerie Force, the Spanish-Italian amphibious force, the European Air Group, the European Air Coordination cell in Eindhoven, the Athens Multinational Sealift Coordination Centre and all the forces and structures that can be used for ESDP operations could be brought under the EU umbrella through the permanent structured cooperation envisaged in the Lisbon Treaty.
Reeds bestaande multinationale troepenmachten, zoals Eurokorps, Eurofor, Euromarfor, het Europees gendarmeriekorps, de Spaans-Italiaanse amfibische gevechtsgroep, de Europese Groep van Luchtmachten, de European Air Coordination Cell in Eindhoven, het Multinational Sealift Coordination Centre in Athene en alle andere troepenmachten en structuren die voor EVDB-operaties kunnen worden ingezet, zouden via een verband van permanente gestructureerde samenwerking zoals voorzien in het Verdrag van Lissabon, onder de paraplu van de EU kunnen worden gebracht.
