4. By way of derogation from Article 1, Finland and Sweden may authorise until 31 December 2011 the placing on their market of salmon (Salmo salar), herring (Clupea harengus), river lamprey (Lampetra fluviatilis), trout (Salmo trutta), char (Salvelinus spp.) and roe of vendace (Coregonus albula) originating in the Baltic region and intended for consumption in their territory with levels of dioxins and/or levels of the sum of dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs higher than those set out in point 5.3 of the Annex, provided that a system is in place to ensure that consumers are fully informed of the dietary recommendations with regard to the restrictions on the consumption of these fish species from the Baltic region by identified vulnerable sections of the population in order to avoid potential health risks.
4. In afwijking van lid 1, worden Finland en Zweden tot en met 31 december 2011 gemachtigd uit het Oostzeegebied afkomstige en voor consumptie op hun grondgebied bestemde zalm (Salmo salar), haring (Clupea harengus), rivierprik (Lampetra fluviatilis), forel (Salmo trutta), meerforel (Salvelinus spp.) en kleine marene (Coregonus albula) in de handel te brengen met dioxinegehalten en/of gehalten aan dioxinen en dioxineachtige pcb’s tezamen die hoger zijn dan die welke vermeld zijn in punt 5.3 van de bijlage, mits er een systeem bestaat dat waarborgt dat de consumenten ten volle op de hoogte worden gehouden van voedingsaanbevelingen betreffende beperkingen op de consumptie van deze vissoorten uit het Oostzeegebied door kwetsbare bevolkingsgroepen om eventuele gezondheidsrisico's te voorkomen.
