The European Commission will work with ERA and European judicial training providers, taking account of public and private sector contributions, to ensure the availability of high quality training for a greater number of legal professionals.

Since presenting the draft Privacy Shield in February, the Commission has drawn on the opinions of the European data protection authorities (Art. 29 working party) and the European Data Protection Supervisor, and the resolution of the European Parliament to include a number of additional clarifications and improvements.

5. In order to ensure consistency in implementation of the measures referred to in paragraphs 1 to 4 the Commission may, following consultation with the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA), the Article 29 Working Party and the European Data Protection Supervisor, adopt recommendations concerning, inter alia, the circumstances, format and procedures applicable to the information and notification requirements referred to in this Article.
5. Teneinde een samenhangende tenuitvoerlegging van de in de leden 1 tot en met 4 bedoelde maatregelen te waarborgen, kan de Commissie, na raadpleging van het Europees Agentschap voor netwerk- en informatiebeveiliging (ENISA), de Groep van artikel 29 en de Europese Toezichthouder voor gegevensbescherming, aanbevelingen aannemen in verband met, onder meer, de omstandigheden, het formaat en de procedures die gelden voor de in dit artikel bedoelde informatieverstrekkings- en kennisgevingseisen".

5. In order to ensure consistency in implementation of the measures referred to in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4, the Commission may, following consultation with the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA), the Article 29 Working Party and the European Data Protection Supervisor, adopt technical implementing measures concerning the circumstances, format and procedures applicable to the information and notification requirements referred to in this Article.
5. Teneinde een samenhangende tenuitvoerlegging van de in de leden 2, 3 en 4 bedoelde maatregelen te waarborgen, kan de Commissie, na raadpleging van het Europees Agentschap voor netwerk- en informatiebeveiliging (ENISA), de Groep van artikel 29 en de Europese Toezichthouder voor gegevensbescherming, technische tenuitvoerleggingsmaatregelen aannemen in verband met, onder meer, de omstandigheden, het formaat en de procedures die gelden voor de in dit artikel bedoelde informatieverstrekkings- en kennisgevingseisen.

Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Council, the Commission, the Member States, the 'Europe de l'Enfance' Intergovernmental Working Party on the European Network of National Observatories on Childhood (ChildONEurope), the Council of Europe, the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child, UNICEF, the International Labour Organisation (ILO), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the World Health Organisation (WHO).
