The Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union (Staff Regulations of Officials) and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union (‧Conditions of Employment‧), laid down in Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 of the Council (together referred to as the ‧Staff Regulations‧) should apply to all staff working in the Agency on matters pertaining to this Regulation.

Members of the staff of the Agency may not be appointed to the working parties, except for the chair of the working parties, who shall be a representative of the Agency.

2. 6. Officials who were authorised, on the basis of point (g) of Article 55a(2) of the Staff Regulations and Article 4 of Annex IVa to the Staff Regulations, to work part-time for a period starting before 1 January 2014 and extending beyond that date may continue to work part-time under the same conditions for a maximum overall period of five years.
