Is convinced that restoring peace, justice and confidence in a democratic system are imperative for reconciliation and stability of the country and calls therefore to put in place a Truth and Reconciliation Commission, similar to that of South Africa, to deal with human rights abuses and address victims rights;

Member States shall promote regular training for officials likely to come into contact with child victims of sexual abuse or exploitation, including front-line police officers, aimed at enabling them to identify and deal with child victims and potential child victims of sexual abuse or exploitation.
