In order to have comparable information on the implementation of Directive 2010/63/EU and to enable the Commission to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of that Directive at Union level, data submissions from the Member States on implementation, annual statistics on the use of animals in procedures and exemptions granted under Article 6(4)(a) should be accurate and consistent, and therefore the reporting requirements should be harmonised across Member States by establishing a common format for the submission of that information.
Om over vergelijkbare informatie over de uitvoering van Richtlijn 2010/63/EU te beschikken en de Commissie in staat te stellen de doeltreffendheid van de uitvoering van die richtlijn op het niveau van de Unie te beoordelen, moeten de door de lidstaten overgelegde gegevens over de uitvoering, de jaarcijfers over het gebruik van dieren in procedures en de krachtens artikel 6, lid 4, onder a), toegestane afwijkingen nauwkeurig en consistent zijn, en derhalve moeten de verslagleggingseisen voor de lidstaten worden geharmoniseerd door de vaststelling van een gemeenschappelijk format voor de indiening van die informatie.

RECALLS its aforementioned conclusions of 5 May 2006 on the FSC Report on financial supervision, whereby it urged "Member States to timely implement all remaining FSAP and related measures as well as to ensure their proper and consistent enforcement"; INVITES Member States, with the contribution from Level 3 committees as appropriate, to adopt common formats, where appropriate, to disclose national transposition and implementation of EU legislation; STRESSES the importance for the Commission to allocate sufficient staff resources to the task of checking the accurate transposition of Directives and to infringement procedures where relevant.
MEMOREERT zijn bovengenoemde conclusies van 5 mei 2006 over het rapport van het CFD inzake financieel toezicht waarin hij er bij de lidstaten op aandrong "alle resterende FSAP- en aanverwante maatregelen tijdig uit te voeren en te zorgen voor een correcte, consequente handhaving ervan"; VERZOEKT de lidstaten, met in voorkomend geval de assistentie van de comités van niveau 3, waar dienstig gemeenschappelijke formaten vast te stellen voor het mededelen van de nationale omzetting en uitvoering van EU-wetgeving; BENADRUKT dat het van belang is dat de Commissie voldoende personeel ter beschikking stelt om de accurate omzetting van richtlijnen te controleren en waar nodig inbreukprocedures in te stellen.
