(3) Commission Recommendation 2001/838/EC of 7 November 2001 on the results of the risk evaluation and the risk reduction strategies for the substances: acrylaldehyde; dimethyl sulphate; nonylphenol phenol, 4–nonyl–, branched; tert–butyl methyl ether , adopted within the framework of Regulation (EEC) No 793/93, proposed a risk limitation strategy for NP and NPE, recommending in particular that restrictions be placed on their marketing and use.
(3) De Commissie heeft in Aanbeveling 2001/838/EG van 7 november 2001 inzake de resultaten van de risiciobeoordeling en inzake de strategieën voor de beperking van de risico's voor de stoffen: acrylaldehyd; dimethylsulfaat; nonylfenol; fenol, 4-nonyl-, vertakt; tert-butylmethylether , goedgekeurd in het kader van Verordening (EEG) nr. 793/93, een strategie ter beperking van de risico's van NF en NFE, en met name een beperking van het in de handel brengen en het gebruik daarvan, voorgesteld.
