TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

The BEREC Office shall maintain a publicly accessible registry of notifications made in accordance with this Regulation.

Considers that the location of the BEREC Office is not a barrier to monitoring the EU institutions’ day-to-day work on electronic communications, which is a matter of special interest to BEREC, and that it will not hamper the efficient use of the BEREC Office, provided that greater use is made of electronic communications strategies;

Considers that there is still room for improvement in the functioning of BEREC and the BEREC Office, while acknowledging the limited resources available; stresses, however, that the use of the new procedure under Article 7/7a of Directive 2009/140/EC on a common regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services has worked effectively, justifying the two-tier set-up;

B. whereas the evaluation report appreciates and recognises the worth of BEREC and the BEREC Office, notably with respect to the Article 7/7a procedures and in the areas of net neutrality and international roaming;

5. A roaming provider wishing to avail of this Article shall notify its own declaration and any bilateral or multilateral agreements by virtue of which it fulfills the conditions of paragraph 1, and any changes thereto, to the BEREC Office.
5. Een roamingaanbieder die van dit artikel gebruik wenst te maken, stelt het Bureau van het Berec in kennis van zijn eigen verklaring en van de bilaterale of multilaterale overeenkomsten op grond waarvan hij aan de voorwaarden van lid 1 voldoet, alsook van alle wijzigingen daarvan.

5. The national regulatory authority of the home Member State shall forward the information received in accordance with paragraph 2 and any change to that information in accordance with paragraph 3 to the national regulatory authorities of the concerned host Member States and to the BEREC Office within one week following reception of such information or any change.

De nationale regelgevende instantie van de lidstaat van herkomst stuurt de overeenkomstig lid 2 ontvangen informatie en alle overeenkomstig lid 3 ontvangen wijzigingen van die informatie binnen één week na ontvangst van de informatie of wijziging door naar de nationale regelgevende instanties van de betrokken lidstaten van ontvangst en het BEREC-bureau.

A copy of the referral shall be communicated to the BEREC Office for information.

In particular, the proposal to amend the Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 has no impact on either the number of establishment plan posts or the EU financial contribution to the BEREC Office and is in line with the figures set out in the Communication to the European Parliament and the Council (COM(2013)519 final).
