The Panel concluded that based on the information which was available in 2007 public health would not be adversely affected by increasing the levels for total aflatoxins from 4 μg/kg to 10 μg/kg for other tree nuts, including Brazil nuts.
Het panel concludeerde op basis van de in 2007 beschikbare informatie dat de volksgezondheid niet negatief zou worden beïnvloed door een verhoging van het totaalgehalte aan aflatoxinen van 4 μg/kg tot 10 μg/kg voor andere noten, waaronder paranoten.
