The amendment aims to achieve the goal of the regulation by increasing the biosecurity of closed aquaculture facilities and listing possible exemptions from the permit obligation for the introduction and translocation of species for use in such facilities.

C.
B. In het geval van onderzoek en/of vervolging van delicten die op in lid A omschreven gedragingen zijn gebaseerd, dient iedere Lid-Staat overeenkomstig Titel II de justitiële samenwerking op de volgende gebieden te verbeteren en passende maatregelen te nemen voor het volgende : a) inbeslagneming van documenten, beelden of ander materiaal met een racistisch en/of xenofoob karakter, die bestemd zijn voor publieke verspreiding, zodra deze op het grondgebied van een Lid-Staat aan het publiek zijn aangeboden. b) aanvaarding dat de in lid A bedoelde gedragingen niet kunnen worden beschouwd als politieke delicten waarvoor wederzijdse rechtshulp mag worden geweigerd. c) informatieverstrekking aan een andere Lid-Staat ten einde die Lid- Staat in staat te stellen overeenkomstig het nationale recht vervolging of confiscatieprocedures in te stellen wanneer blijkt dat documenten, afbeeldingen of ander materiaal met racistische of xenofobe uitingen in een Lid-Staat worden opgeslagen met het oog op de publieke verspreiding ervan in een andere Lid-Staat. d) oprichting van contactpunten in de Lid-Staten om gegevens te verzamelen en uit te wisselen die nuttig zijn voor het onderzoek en de vervolging van misdrijven die gebaseerd zijn op de onder A genoemde gedragingen.
