(a) For all the operations referred to in titles II, III and IV, the limits on Community financial participation (A), total State financial participation (national, regional and other) by the Member State concerned (B) and, where applicable, financial participation by private beneficiaries (C) shall be as follows, expressed as a percentage of eligible costs.

In het contract kunnen bij wijze van uitzondering op het reële-kostenbeginsel en met instemming van de deelnemers gemiddelde percentages van de financiële deelneming van de Gemeenschap worden vastgesteld per type uitgaven of vooraf bepaalde forfaitaire bedragen, alsook een waarde per activiteit die niet aanmerkelijk van de verwachte uitgaven afwijkt.

(10) In accordance with Article 166(1) of the Treaty, it is necessary to establish the scientific and technological objectives and to fix the relevant priorities for the activities envisaged, the maximum overall amount, the detailed rules for Community financial participation in the sixth framework programme, as well as the respective shares in each of the activities envisaged, and to indicate the broad lines of the activities in question, which will be implemented in compliance with the objective of protecting the Community's financial interests.
(10) Overeenkomstig artikel 166, lid 1, van het Verdrag moeten de wetenschappelijke en technologische doelstellingen en de relevante prioriteiten van de overwogen activiteiten, het totale maximumbedrag, de nadere regels voor de financiële deelneming van de Gemeenschap aan het zesde kaderprogramma, alsmede de onderscheiden deelbedragen voor elk van de overwogen activiteiten worden vastgesteld, en de grote lijnen van deze activiteiten worden aangegeven; deze zullen worden uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met de doelstelling van de bescherming van de financiële belangen van de Gemeenschap.

(10) In accordance with Article 166(1) of the Treaty, it is necessary to establish the scientific and technological objectives and to fix the relevant priorities for the activities envisaged, the maximum overall amount, the detailed rules for Community financial participation in the Sixth Framework Programme, as well as the respective shares in each of the activities envisaged, and to indicate the broad lines of the activities in question, which will be implemented in compliance with the objective of protecting the Community's financial interests.
