In its recommendations to the Croatian authorities, the report is mindful of sustainability, including with regard to the reforms of the judiciary and the fight against corruption, the guaranteed independence of which will be the key to Croatia’s future democratic development.
De aanbevelingen van het verslag aan het adres van de Kroatische overheid zijn vooral gericht op duurzaamheid, onder meer wat betreft de hervormingen van het rechtsstelsel en de corruptiebestrijding. Een onafhankelijke rechterlijke macht is de sleutel tot de toekomstige democratische ontwikkeling in Kroatië.
