2'. misleading advertising' means any advertising which in any way, including its presentation, deceives or is likely to deceive the persons to whom it is addressed or whom it reaches and which, by reason of its deceptive nature, is likely to affect their economic behaviour or which, for those reasons, injures or is likely to injure a competitor;
2. wordt onder misleidende reclame verstaan elke vorm van reclame die op enigerlei wijze, daaronder begrepen haar opmaak, de personen tot wie zij zich richt of die zij bereikt, misleidt of kan misleiden en die door haar misleidende karakter hun economische gedrag kan beïnvloeden, of die om die redenen een concurrent schade toebrengt of kan toebrengen;
