Verzoek tot nietigverklaring van besluit nr. 103299 van 27 april 2015 van het directoraat-generaal Infrastructuur en Logistiek van het Europees Parlement, waarbij de offerte van verzoeksters voor perceel 75, „Elektriciteit — Sterkstroom”, in het kader van aanbesteding INLO-D-UPIL-T-14-AO4 betreffende het project voor de uitbreiding en modernisering van het gebouw Konrad Adenauer te Luxemburg terzijde is gelegd, en waarbij de opdracht aan een andere inschrijver is gegund

Notes the complaint lodged by the Director-General of the Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels (OIB) in his Annual Activity Report on the structural deficit generated by the cost of maintaining the Berlaymont building following its refurbishment , and also his references to a series of accounting and management problems; considers that the structural-deficit problems highlighted should be resolved as a matter of urgency and calls upon the Commission to take appropriate action and to notify Parliament thereof;
191. neemt nota van de opmerking die de directeur-generaal van de Dienst infrastructuur en logistiek in Brussel (OIB) in zijn jaarlijks activiteitenverslag maakt over het structurele tekort dat de kosten van onderhoud van het Berlaymont-gebouw sinds de restauratie ervan genereren , waarbij hij tevens wijst op een aantal problemen op het niveau van de boekhouding en het beheer; is van oordeel dat het gesignaleerde probleem van het structurele tekort dringend dient te worden opgelost en verzoekt de Commissie adequate maatregelen te treffen en het Parlement daarvan op de hoogte te brengen;
