Where appropriate the hazard analysis must address the risk resulting from the inhalation of the spray ejected by the aerosol dispenser under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use, taking into account droplet size and size distribution in conjunction with physical and chemical properties of the contents, as the inhalation of small aerosol droplets may give rise to adverse health effects for the user under such conditions of use, even if the aerosol dispenser is properly classified and labelled according to the provisions of Directive 1999/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 May 1999 concerning the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous preparations (2).
In voorkomend geval moet het risico worden geanalyseerd van het inademen van de spray die bij normale of redelijkerwijs te verwachten gebruiksomstandigheden uit de aerosol vrijkomt, rekening houdend met de grootte en de grootteverdeling van de druppels in combinatie met de fysische en chemische eigenschappen van de inhoud, aangezien het inademen van kleine aerosoldruppeltjes onder deze gebruiksomstandigheden schadelijke gevolgen kan hebben voor de gezondheid van de gebruiker, zelfs al is de aerosol naar behoren ingedeeld en gekenmerkt overeenkomstig Richtlijn 1999/45/EG van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 31 mei 1999 betreffende de onderlinge aanpassing van de wettelijke en bestuursrechtelijke bepalingen van de lidstaten inzake de indeling, de verpakking en het kenmerken van gevaarlijke preparaten (2).

Where appropriate, this analysis shall include a consideration of the risks resulting from the inhalation of the spray ejected by the aerosol dispenser under normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use, taking into account droplet size distribution in conjunction with physical and chemical properties of the contents.
Indien noodzakelijk overweegt de analyse eveneens het risico bij inademing van de spray die bij normale of redelijkerwijs te verwachten gebruiksomstandigheden uit de aerosol vrijkomt, rekening houdend met de grootteverdeling van de druppels in combinatie met de fysische en chemische eigenschappen van de inhoud.
