The Commission proposes to integrate the international dimension of higher education cooperation (including the major part of the actions currently covered by the EP and Council decision on "Erasmus Mundus" of 2008) fully into the new Regulation establishing "Erasmus for All: The Union Programme for Education, Training, Youth and Sport".
