Customs - Training activities in customs legislation and customs management and administrative techniques; assistance in the drafting of the new Polish customs legislation with a view to the early adoption of a new customs code, based on Community customs legislation; - computerization of customs clearance procedures; - reorganization of customs administration; - supply of hardware, in particular detection devices (endoscopes, X- ray machines) to be used in combatting drug trafficking.
* Douane : . maatregelen voor de opleiding in de douanewetgeving en in de douanebeheers- en administratietechnieken; bijstand bij de uitwerking van een nieuwe Poolse douanewetgeving voor de invoering, op korte termijn, van een nieuw douanewetboek, dat gebaseerd is op de communautaire wetgeving; . informatisering van de in- en uitklaringsprocedures; . reorganisatie van de douane-administratie; . verschaffing van outillage, met name detectie-apparatuur (endoscopen, röntgenstralen ...), die bij de bestrijding van de handel in verdovende middelen kunnen worden gebruikt.
