Due to the various practices in the Community regarding the removal of such soft tissue or flesh from shells, it should be possible to use shells from which the entire soft tissue or flesh has not been removed, provided such use does not lead to a risk arising to public and animal health.
Gezien de verschillende wijzen waarop de weke delen of het vlees in de Gemeenschap uit schelpen worden verwijderd, moet het mogelijk zijn om schelpen te gebruiken waaruit de weke delen of het vlees niet volledig zijn verwijderd, mits dit geen risico voor de volksgezondheid en de diergezondheid inhoudt.
