1a. The total financial contribution from the EMFF to the measures on Sustainable Young Employment Programmes in the small scale fisheries referred to in Article 32(-1), temporary cessation referred to in Article 33A, the replacement or modernisation of main or ancillary engines referred to in Article 39 and permanent cessation shall not exceed 20 % of the Union financial assistance allocated per Member State.
1 bis. De totale financiële bijdrage van het EFMZV aan de maatregelen in het kader van de programma's voor duurzame werkgelegenheid voor jongeren in de kleinschalige visserij als bedoeld in artikel 31, lid -1, tijdelijke stopzetting als bedoeld in artikel 33 bis, de vervanging of modernisering van hoofd- of hulpmotoren als bedoeld in artikel 39, en definitieve beëindiging, bedraagt maximaal 20% van de financiële steun van de Unie die per lidstaat wordt toegewezen.
