Definition: Symptoms are presented by the patient as if they were due to a physical disorder of a system or organ that is largely or completely under autonomic innervation and control, i.e. the cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, respiratory and urogenital systems. (1)By 30 June 2020, Member States shall allow the use of the 694-790 MHz frequency band for terrestrial systems capable of providing wireless broadband electronic communications services only under harmonised technical conditions set by the Commission pursuant to Article 4 of Decision 676/2002/EC.

This Decision is aimed at harmonising the conditions for the availability and efficient use of the 1 452-1 492 MHz frequency band for terrestrial systems capable of providing electronic communications services in the Union.

1. No later than six months after the date of notification of this Decision, Member States shall designate and make available, on a non-exclusive basis, the 1 452-1 492 MHz frequency band for terrestrial systems capable of providing electronic communications services in compliance with the parameters set out in the Annex.

Commission Decision 2007/98/EC of 14 February 2007 on the harmonised use of radio spectrum in the 2 GHz frequency bands for the implementation of systems providing mobile satellite services (7) provides that Member States shall make these frequency bands available to systems providing MSS in the Community as of 1 July 2007.
