Carlsberg has established a second distribution channel, which takes the form of a joint venture which Carlsberg has set up with another local company, N.V. Haelterman S.A. The new company (Carlsberg Importers S.A.) will operate on an equal footing and in competition with Interbrew, providing an alternative source of supply of Carlsberg and Tuborg products on the Belgian "Horeca" market (hotel, restaurant and café).
Carlsberg heeft een tweede distributiepool opgestart, in de vorm van een gemeenschappelijke onderneming die zij samen met een andere lokale onderneming, nl. N.V. Haelterman S.A., heeft opgericht. Deze nieuwe onderneming (Carlsberg Importers S.A.) zal op voet van gelijkheid en in concurrentie met Interbrew een alternatieve bevoorradingsbron vormen voor Carlsberg en Tuborg produkten voor de Belgische horeca-markt.
