Definition: The common themes that are shared by dissociative or conversion disorders are a partial or complete loss of the normal integration between memories of the past, awareness of identity and immediate sensations, and control of bodily movements. All types of dissociative disorders tend to remit after a few weeks or months, particularly if their onset is associated with a traumatic life event. More chronic disorders, particularly paralyses and anaesthesias, may develop if the onset is associated with insoluble problems or interpersonal difficulties. These disorders have previously been classified as various types of conversion hysteria . They are presumed to be psychogenic in origin, being associated closely in time with traumatic events, insoluble and intolerable problems, or disturbed relationships. The symptoms often represent the patient's concept of how a physical illness would be manifest. Medical examination and investigation do not reveal the presence of any known physical or neurological disorder. In addition, there is evidence that the loss of function is an expression of emotional conflicts or needs. The symptoms may develop in close relationship to psychological stress, and often appear suddenly. Disorders involving pain and other complex physical sensations mediated by the autonomic nervous system are classified under somatization disorder (F45.0). IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

In order to ensure that the new legal framework established by that Regulation functions smoothly and applies uniformly, the Commission has been empowered to adopt certain rules in relation to administrative and on-the-spot checks, the measurement of areas, the cases in which aid applications or payment claims may be corrected, the application and calculation of partial or total withdrawals and the recovery of undue payments and penalties, the application and calculation of administrative penalties, the requirements for the computerised database, aid applications and payment claims and applications for payment entitlements, including the final date for submission, the carrying-out of checks, transfers of holdings, payments of advances, the carrying-out of checks relating to cross-compliance obligations, the calculation and application of administrative penalties in cross-compliance and technical specifications necessary for the purpose of the uniform application of the basic rules on the integrated administration and control system (‘integrated system’) as regards cross-compliance.

(11) In order to improve the effectiveness and usefulness of the administration and control mechanisms, it is necessary to adapt the system established by Council Regulation (EEC) No 3508/92 of 27 November 1992 establishing an integrated administration and control system for certain Community aid schemes(6) with a view to including the single payment scheme, the support schemes for durum wheat, protein crops, energy crops, rice, potato starch, nuts, milk, seed, grain legumes and specific regional aids as well as controls on the application of the rules on cross compliance, modulation and the farm advisory system.
(11) Om de beheers- en controlemechanismen doeltreffender en nuttiger te maken is het noodzakelijk het bij Verordening (EEG) nr. 3508/92 van de Raad van 27 november 1992 tot instelling van een geïntegreerd beheers- en controlesysteem voor bepaalde communautaire steunregelingen(6) ingestelde systeem aan te passen teneinde de bedrijfstoeslagregeling en de steunregelingen voor durumtarwe, eiwithoudende gewassen, energiegewassen, rijst, aardappelzetmeel, noten, melk, zaaizaad en zaaddragende leguminozen, alsmede specifieke regionale steun erin op te nemen en ook teneinde controle uit te oefenen op de toepassing van de regels inzake de randvoorwaarden, de modulatie en het bedrijfsadviseringssysteem.

(9) Om de beheers- en controlemechanismen doeltreffender en nuttiger te maken is het noodzakelijk het bij Verordening (EEG) nr. 3508/92 van de Raad van 27 november 1992 tot instelling van een geïntegreerd beheers- en controlesysteem voor bepaalde communautaire steunregelingen ingestelde systeem aan te passen teneinde de bedrijfstoeslagregeling en de steunregelingen voor durumtarwe , eiwithoudende gewassen, energiegewassen, rijst, aardappelzetmeel en noten erin op te nemen en ook teneinde controle uit te oefenen op de toepassing van de regels inzake de randvoorwaarden, de modulatie en het bedrijfsadviseringssysteem .

(9) Om de beheers- en controlemechanismen doeltreffender en nuttiger te maken is het noodzakelijk het bij Verordening (EEG) nr. 3508/92 van de Raad van 27 november 1992 tot instelling van een geïntegreerd beheers- en controlesysteem voor bepaalde communautaire steunregelingen ingestelde systeem aan te passen teneinde de multifunctionele bedrijfstoeslagregeling en de steunregelingen voor eiwithoudende gewassen, zaaddragende leguminosen, energiegewassen en noten erin op te nemen.
