Furthermore at all levels of society knowledge and understanding of other religions and cultures must be enhanced through the organisation of systematic inter-cultural and inter religious dialogues on the basis of the key principles of equality, co-ownership and cross-fertilisation.
Voorts moet op alle niveaus in de samenleving meer kennis en begrip worden gekweekt voor andere religies en culturen. Dit kan bereikt worden door het opzetten van systematische interculturele en interreligieuze dialogen die gevoerd worden op basis van kernbeginselen als gelijkheid, gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid en wederzijdse beïnvloeding.
